Product Description
1. DE 40–45 Glucose Syrup is one blended syrup containing glucose. Using rice as raw material, liquid glucose is manufactured by certain enzymes or acids. Normally, it is transparent or faint yellow, with smoothly sweetness. Also, being a sticky liquid, it is odorless and contains no visible impurities
2. Liquid glucose has great uses in confectionary industry because it has smooth sweetness, good crystallization-resistant ability, oxidation-resistant ability, average stickiness and great chemical stability.
3. Liquid glucose is difficult to crystallize and it is also hard to frozen. Therefor in cold beverages making, liquid glucose can improve the taste of the products and it can also enhance the quality.
4. DE 40–45 Glucose Syrup can also apply to baking products, beverages, juices, jams, candied fruits and so on.
5. Liquid glucose has similar functions with high maltose syrup in application. We can adjust glucose/maltose ratio as demand maltose percentage in liquid glucose is around 10% to 30%).
