Product Description
1. Maltodextrin has low sweetness, low caloricity, great dissolving ability, low moisture absorption and it is barely deteriorated. Maltodextrin also has great thickening power, low fermentation possibility, great filling performance and it is good to be a carrier of other material. Maltodextrin is odorless and easily digested.
2. Maltodextrin contains various polysaccharides and trace elements, such as calcium and iron, so it can enhance regular metabolism in human body. Therefore, maltodextrin is widely applied in beverages, frozen foods, candies, cereal, dairy products, health products and it is also used in textile, daily chemicals and medicine industry.
3. In confectionary industry, maltodextrin can increase tenacity of candies to prevent crystallization and melting. Maltodextrin can give longer shelf life of candies by improve structure of candies. Maltodextrin also can decrease candy sweetness so it will reduce possibility of teeth problems, obesity, hypertension and diabetes.
